Job responsibilities:

1. Receive ,handle and respond to the customer service & technical support demand, enquires and complaints in a professional way
2. Research required information using available resources,
3. Send technical support assignment to the technical support team
4. Follow up the calls of the client with clerical duties which includes faxing, filling up paperwork, doing checks on credit references as well as liaising with other departments , etc
5. Identify and escalate priority issues
6. Process customer satisfaction survey.
7. Enter customer information, complete call logs produce call reports
8. Build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company
9. Co-work with other colleagues to achieve the team's goals whenever needed

Job requirement:

1. College or above graduate
2. At least 1 year working experience in Call Center
3. Fluent spoken mandarin; proficient in relevant computer applications, good data entry/keyboard skills, basic English understanding
4. Good verbal and oral communication skills with a pleasant sounding voice. Logical thinking and good presentation, Listening skills,problem analysis and solving skill, customer service oriented
5. Conscientious, responsible, team work, Integrity, initiative, attention to detail, flexbility
