Job responsibilities:

1. Understand and accept company culture and rules of Management and Operation for all function related to Customer Service operations.
2. Handle enquiries from customers or from sales by call or by email or by fax, response in time and properly to satisfy external or internal customers.
3. Maintain customer data, prepare quotation and make sales contract with ACCPAC/QOE system, send and follow up order customer order confirmation, validate order in system.
4. Follow up order status, check customer payment or credit status, coordinate or expedite order delivery to customer as committed plan.
5. Coordinate applications of special price, exceptional delivery and customer credit etc. and ensure they are handled properly.

Job requirements:

1. Integrity, Mature and independent, driving for results,flexible

2. College or above education background with major in commercial management or customer service or other related
3. 2 years or above experience in customer service, order fulfillment or related areas.
4. Fluency in English reading and writing , CET 4 or above; good command in Excel, Word, Windows, Power Point and ACCPAC/QOE or similar ERP systems.
5. Customer service operation knowledge.
6. Initiative, Proactive, Teamworks, Customer Orientation.

此职位主要负责Call Center,需要是支持采购等方面工作，应聘者必须有两年以上相关客服经验，较好英文应用（阅读/写作/口语）能力。
工作地点：天河立交附近，近地铁五号线动物园C出口。

工作时间：周一至周五 早上9点到下午6点。
