Responsibilities:
1. Answer incoming telephone calls; determine caller needs and direct calls to designated person.

2. Greet visitors, determine requirements, announce visitors to designated parties and provide required directions. Manage visitor log and control their entry and exit FARO office.

3. Receive and sort incoming mails for distribution. Prepare and apply postage to outgoing mails.

4. Perform a range of assigned clerical routines as directed such as prepare, type, check, photostat, fax and send documents which may include invoices or related to shipping of goods and etc.

5. Participate in organizing company events.

6. Provide travel arrangement for company staff including book tickets and hotels when requested.

7. Ensure cleaness of office area,provide administrative support for office equipment maintenance .

8. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.


Qualifications:
1. Diploma in Business or equivalent;
2. Experience in MS Office applications;
3. Pleasant personality, professional, good interpersonal and communication skill and strong team player;
4. Good in English language
