职位描述
质量管理总监
Responsibility:
Directs the development and implementation of policies and procedures for quality and continuous improvement, including development, implementation, and maintenance of quality program manual; enforces quality program guidelines, standards, and procedures
? Identifies quality problems, then recommends and monitors solutions
? Develop a strong and responsive supplier base for assigned product line with the goal of increasing supplier self-release initiative.
? Develop and implement a supplier qualification process based on risk/cost criteria.
?Coordinate quality improvement initiatives between plants and suppliers to ensure continuous improvement and fact based decision-making.
? Monitor supplier performance and direct resources to foster a continuous improvement mindset at the suppliers.
? Advises staff and management on quality concerns and solutions
?Communicates and implements safety rules, policies, and procedures in support of the agency's safety vision and goals; and maintains accountability for the safety performance of all subordinate employees
? Manages Quality departments in Dalian and Shanghai including developing, monitoring and adhering policies/procedures, and achieving units goals and objectives.
? Analyzes and develops appropriate quality staff levels
? Reports to management on quality program performance measures and effectiveness
Requirement:
? Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
? At least 10 years of management-level experience in administering Total Quality Management programs for major capital projects
? Theories, principles, and practices of quality management and improvement and standards related to heavy machinery industries. Knowledge of VDA 6.4 and ISO 9001 if applicable TS 16949; Qualification as internal Auditor
? Strong and exemplary leadership and supervisory skills, and a natural team builder
? Experience in planning, organizing, prioritizing and coordinating work in a changing environment
? Fluent spoken and writing ability of English. German speaking to be considered as a plus but not a must.
? Good Command of MS Office.
