岗位职责 Job description
负责确保持续改进产品质量和运行标准，具体负责以下工作/ responsible for ensuring the continuous improvement of both product quality and standards on site. Quality-Manager will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. 根据质量保证、质量控制、法规和质量体系要求对生产加工和发货进行管理和指导/Provide leadership and guidance for manufacturing and distribution, in the areas of Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Regulatory Compliance, and Quality Systems Requirements
2. 代表公司与各类审核机构联络，接待质量审核/Act as a liaison between the "Company" and the various auditing bodies, assistance in quality-audits
3. 准备规范性体系文件和技术文件并向顾客提供支持/Preparation of regulatory submissions and technical files and provides support to customers
4. 协调并开发质量管理体系文件和数据处理/Coordination and development of the quality documentation systems and data handling
5. 跟踪并汇报质量绩效，建立质量绩效的监测体系/Follow up and reporting of quality performance, develop monitoring systems for quality performance
6. 质量管理培训/Training in quality management
7. 与HIMA公司QA部门保持密切联系/Close contact to QA Department of HIMA Corporate


要求 Requirements
1. 工程专业大学学历/University degree in Engineering
2. 良好的工程过程知识/Good knowledge of Engineering processes
3. 控制行业质量相关职位3到5年工作经验，具有国际实践经验者为佳/3 to 5 years working experience in a similar position in the quality area in a regulated industry, preferably with practical international experience
4. 持ISO 9001 (GB/T 19001) 证书、ISO 14001 (GB/T 24001) 证书、OHSAS 18001 (GB/T 28001) 证书 / ISO 9001 (GB/T 19001) Certified; ISO 14001 (GB/T 24001) Certified; OHSAS 18001 (GB/T 28001) Certified
5. 对质量标准有较好的理解/Good understanding of quality-requirements
6. 英语流利/Fluent in English
7. 良好的组织能力，能够系统地分析并快速的处理复杂的问题/Good organization skills and capacity to think analytically to grasp complex situations quickly
8. 主动性强/Committed to self-improvement

As a safety system provider, the company HIMA has made a major step forward to realize our commitment to our customers in China by setup HIMA (Shanghai)Safety System Co.,Ltd. since 2002. After 10 years of development , the company has grown up into a strong organization with about 220 employees covering project management ,engineering, programming , integration , testing and commissioning service .

The approximately 3000 M2 Office and 3000 m2 Workshop composes the Engineering Center of China managing and coordinating National Wide Projects. At present , the company is becoming a Sino-German JV with mother company HIMA holding the majority share.
