职位描述
This position is based in Nanba, Dazhou City. Work schedule is 28 days on, 28 days off. Company will provide accommodations on days on. Transportation is to be provided from home location to Nanba. Salary is paid over 12 month period. Please provide CV in English.
Job Description
Training records management
-The key point contact and responsible for maintaining all training records and folders for CDB under the Validation and Verification process. This supports the CDB OE Competency Development / Employee Training process procedures.
-Creates, manages and continually improves personal training records for all employees in Production Operations that include ID’s(last 5 digits) copy, electronic photo, scanned certificates, training history, etc.
Maintains the non CAI training records for contactors who receive HES training in an MS Office database
-Tracks completion of training requirements identified in the Production Operations Technical Training Matrix
-Ensures that an efficient record retrieval process is developed and maintained for CDB.
-Manages Training records, evaluation forms, test papers, course rosters and request updates, corrections by responsible parties who developed or provide information to Competency Development Group Record Management personnel.
-Participate in document training needs and gap assessments with training coordinators through audits.
-Manage Chinas required safety & regulatory certification training records and ensure timely notification for expiring certifications.
-Translation and/ or interpreting as required for Validation and Verification internal processes on minor occasions.
-Manages the record retention and expiry of all necessary training related document / records and database.
-Ensures all training material, procedures and tests are up to date (per schedule) and are maintained Fit for Purpose in accordance with PRC/CDB policies and regulations.
-Contributes to evaluating class attendance and instructor / student feedback, communicates issues and takes the necessary actions to improve quality and increase training efficiency. Produces feedback evaluation summaries for Competency Development Supervisor and Coordinator review.
-Create, maintain and continually improve the training records management system procedures under the guidance of the CDG Validation and Verification lead.
-Ensures records, and training requirements are in place as required by PRC (laws, rules, provisions, procedures, standards and technical provisions) on safe development and operation of the CDB Gas production enterprise.
-Actively participates in annual training plan development, audits and reviews
-Develops and maintains a naming convention standard for all learning events entered into the training records management system
LMS Administration
-Must be able to learn the CVX Learning Management System as an administrator.
-Create new courses and learning events in Learning Management System based on identified learning requirements in both the technical and HES position based training matrices.
-Update and maintain all new learning event entries for each employee.
-Set frequencies for course expirees and notification settings for refresher and renewal.
-Work Closely with Learning and Development Department for all LMS updates and upgrades
Training material management.
-Ensures that training material developed is maintained in a timely and orderly manner with standardized format
-Ensure naming conventions for training material are appropriate and uploaded to CDB Information Center
Performance Indicators
-Communicates employees training records as required to employees and Supervisors for skill progression.
-100% tracks updates, formatting, and quality of training materials working with Coordinators for accuracy of materials.
-Effective organization and management of Training documentation, tracking mechanisms, and information protection.
-Communicates with all groups for Validation and Verification requirements following OEI components.
Job Requirement
-Qualified through “moral character, ability, diligence, performance” evaluation; familiar with document process flows, quality control processes and tracking mechanisms.
-Understand how to coordinate work activities between multi discipline groups while following internal processes to maintain quality of training material resources, personnel records for such training.
-Good command and ability in comprehensive analysis, judgment and written communication skills; be familiar with safety and a good overview internal controls for Validation and Verification processes.
-Experience in formal training processes, tracking, and logging data into Learning Management Systems.
-Higher professional and technical title, technical degree.
-One or more years of work experience.
-Undergraduate or higher.
-CET- 6 or higher English skill, or may have 6 years of experience with qualified oral English skills within job scope.
