职位名称: Instructional Designer / 结构设计

Role Definition 职位描述
Create efficient, effective, and appealing instructional experiences which make the acquisition of knowledge easy.

Responsibilities岗位职责:
? Understand client requirements
? Acquire content from different sources
? Write content for e-learning courses.
? Write scripts for videos, animations, games, and other interactive learning scenarios
? Work with media and graphics experts to design the media elements
? Update existing courses based on client requirements

Education Qualification (Mandatory): Any graduate/Post graduate (preferably with Journalism or mass communication background).
Language Skill: Bilingual (well versed in both Chinese and English)
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the Instructional Design or Technical Writing domain

Nature of Engagement with NIIT: 3 months on contract
