岗位职责 Job description

1. 负责所有现金收支工作；Take charge of receipt and payment of cash;
2. 负责现金，银行日记帐登帐工作，每天结出余额核对库存。做到日清月结，账实相符；Register the daily legend of cash and bank, carry out end balance every day. Ensure the record correct with the actual figure;
3. 编制现金、银行周报，月报；Prepare the weekly and monthly cash reports;
4. 银行票据的购买、填写、保存，并做好票据使用登记工作；Application of bank bills, keep well management of the revelanet bills and documents;
5. 办理银行相关事宜（保涵，信用证，汇票，本票，并编制相关备案登记表）；Handle other bank business(B/G, L/C, B/D, cashier’s cheque) and keep relevant records;
6. 各办事处的费用核对，公司销售费用的统计；Check the expenses of each office, the statistics of sales dept.;
7. 负责公司日常账单的支付及费用报销工作；In charge of the payment of daily expenses and reimbursement;
8. 负责出差费用的审核及报销，对外付款的财务初期审核；In charge of the check and payment of biz-trip claim, first check of outside payment;
9. 内部管理账套的收付款凭证的编制工作；Receipt and payment vouchers of internal account;
10. 代收代付款核对；Check out the Other Receivalble and Other Payable;
11. 负责开票业务并编制开票登记明细表；Issue invoices and keep detail records;
12. 做好领导安排的其他临时性工作；Other temporary duties arranged by leader.


要求 Requirements
1. 年龄30岁以上，相关专业大专学历，英语熟练，有一年以上出纳工作经验；Unisex, over 30 years old, college or above degree in related discipline, over 1 year cashier working experience. Good written and oral English.
2. 熟悉现金、银行业务及外汇管理制度；Familar with cash, bank procedures and foreign exchange regulations.
3. 熟练掌握办公自动化及相关财务软件，并能熟练操作；Proficiency in MS office and related accounting software application.
4. 工作认真仔细，有良好的职业操守和团队精神，有良好的沟通和应变能力；Detailed-oriented and careful, good professional ethics and team spirit, good communication and flexibility.
5. 具备会计上岗证；Hold certificate of accountant.
6. 上海市户口，居住在浦东金桥或外高桥附近。Shanghai Hukou, live in Pudong Jinqiao or Wai gaoqiao will be a plus.

As a safety system provider, the company HIMA has made a major step forward to realize our commitment to our customers in China by setup HIMA (Shanghai)Safety System Co.,Ltd. since 2002. After 10 years of development , the company has grown up into a strong organization with about 220 employees covering project management ,engineering, programming , integration , testing and commissioning service .

The approximately 3000 M2 Office and 3000 m2 Workshop composes the Engineering Center of China managing and coordinating National Wide Projects. At present , the company is becoming a Sino-German JV with mother company HIMA holding the majority share.
