Main responsibilities

Make vouchers for routine daily work.
Handle bank relation for payment and receive in foreign currency & RMB.
Invoice issuance for all intercompany payment and receivable purpose.
Purchase order keep and management including product and Marketing promotion.
Conduct financial report comply with Tax and other authority.
Responsible for Tax declaration and annual stettlement
To assist internal controls implement and compile with relevant regulations, feedback to the management of the execution result if any weakness or inefficiency.
Liaise with internal and external auditors on financial reporting matters..
Co-ordinate with external parties for daily operation purposes, eg, banks, accounting firm, local governmental authorities

Qualifications and required skills:
Bachelor of Accountancy/Economics/ Business Administration with concentration in Finance, Business Administration, or Operations
At least 4+ years accounting and costing experience, prefer in MNC
Familiar with one of the major ERP systems
Good knowledge in MS Office as well as accounting software(K3 or U8), SAP is a plus. Good in written and spoken
Mandarin and English is mandatory
Attention to details, desire and capacity to learn
Possess a high level of integrity and positive working attitude
