Main responsibilities

Responsible for employee claim reimbursement
Sales order keep and record compliance with A&L
Preparing for accounts receivable & receivable in advance daily report
Responsible for daily cash, weekly cash vision.
Monthly internal report of China Rep office.
Co-ordinate with external parties for office de-registration, tax declaration.
VAT invoice issuance and weekly summary update.
Bank vouchers preparation
Take leader as Fixed Assets supervisor.
Bind up the vouchers and financial documents management.
Familiar with open & close bank account process
Corporate card application and cancel.

Qualifications and required skills:
Bachelor of Accountancy/Economics/ Business Administration with concentration in Finance, Business Administration, or Operations
At least 3+ years accounting experience, prefer in MNC
Good knowledge in MS Office as well as accounting software(K3 or U8), SAP is a plus.
Good in written and spoken Mandarin and English is mandatory
Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision.
Attention to details, desire and capacity to learn
Possess a high level of integrity and positive working attitude
