-For our Infrastructure & Cities Sector in Jin Shan,we are looking for a Product Quality Engineer产品质量工程师.

What are my responsibilities?

1, To ensure product quality with lowest cost and improve quality level by P.D.C.A way,

2, To obtain the excellence KPI performance, (FPY, ACBD,RQ and ACAD),

3, To make the customer satisfaction and develop it in customer service

4, To judge ISIR with relate departmet,

5, To track "trial run" process and evaluate result

6, To make quality requirement and control plan for single part and manufacture process

7,To monitor and control product quality KPI performance (FPY,ACBD,RQ and ACAD),

8, To analyze and solve manufacture process failure used quality tools and P.D.C.A way,

9, To organize and review FMEA with related department

10, To support CS analyze customer complaint product and improve failure

11, To support new project in terms of quality aspect(APQP)

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1, Be familiar with the products and standard of low voltage,

2, 2 years experience and successful cases in quality management and improvement

What else do I need to know?

-Strong problem solving ability, communication skills, excellent analytical skills and strong quality tool skills,like SPC, 8D-report and FMEA etc.
