岗位职责：
1、负责总裁的办公服务工作，保证总裁办公室办公物资齐备及正常使用、办公环境整洁有序；
2、负责总裁主持工作会议的组织安排，起草会议材料，协调、督促各部门办理会议议定事项；
3、负责总裁办公室各类文件收发、运转、归档工作；
4、负责总裁各项工作指示的上传下达，及总裁各项工作安排的过程跟进及结果验收；
5、负责总裁来访贵宾的接待、协调工作。
任职要求：
1、企业管理、行政管理、人力资源管理、中文等相关专业本科及以上学历，同岗位工作经验3年以上；
2. 性格外向，形象气质佳，沟通能力强，擅长协调公司各部门间工作协作及外部公共关系维护；
3、熟练使用各类办公软件，具有较强的公文写作能力；
4、持驾照，能进行简单英语日常交流者优先
