职位描述
Role & Responsibility Description:
-Lead and manage the Staffing & HR Business Partner Team to provide HR relevant services, including but not limited to performance management, staffing & recruitment, employee relationship, organization development etc.
-Lead HR Business Partner Team on staffing plan relevant exercise, including develop, timely maintain the plan and provide necessary analysis
-Lead the Staffing & HR Business Partner Team to deploy the HR projects/initiatives in line with Company guideline and requirement.
-Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining HR policies, processes and procedures as applicable, as well as be responsible for providing counsel.
-Manage vendor associated with staffing, expat administration etc. in line with requirement
Qualification Requirement:
-Min. 8 years of HR working experience in Multi-National Companies, including min 4 years’ experience as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner to cover full HR function’s activities (including C&B, Performance Management, Staffing & Recruitment, Employee Relationship, Organization Development etc.)
-Has supervisor and managerial experience to lead a team with proven leadership capabilities
-Demonstrated logical thinking and strong problem solving skills
-Strong project management skills with experience to lead/implement HR relevant projects
-Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
-Understand culture diversity and can work under pressure
-Bachelor degree required and Master degree desirable
