主要工作职责：
1.负责协调各部门之间的关系、组织与安排同事活动及外来宾客的接待工作；

2.往来邮件的收发及电话转接；
3.负责考勤及假期管理；

4.执行总部人事政策，协助区域招聘、培训及同事入职离职的办理；

5.负责日常办公用品采购和办公设备管理，及备用金申请和费用报销的审核；
6.其它日常的行政人事管理工作、执行工作；

7.上级交代的其他工作。

岗位要求：
1.大学专科及以上学历，人力资源、行政文秘等相关专业；
2.28-35岁，3年以上人事行政工作经验，快消品行业尤佳；
3.诚实稳重、严谨细致、责任心强能承受工作压力，具备良好的沟通、协调能力和团队协作精神；
4.熟练使用Office办公软件；

5.良好的英文读写能力。
