ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Build, Lead and manage the Test team
2. Coach and mentor Test Team
3. Estimate testing efforts and allocate testers to projects
4. Create test strategy, test plan, test cases
5. Interface with Project Managers, Development Managers and other key internal team members
6. Actively observe deadlines and deliver project results on time
7. Act as the ultimate owner of test teams' performance
8. Manage multiple priorities and customer expectations
9. Improve testing process.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
1.Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent or above
2. 5+ years of experience in software testing, 3 years in auto testing and 2 years in Test team management.
3. CSTE certification is preferred.
4.Strong communication skill, good listening skill, good presentation skill
5.Good knowledge on software testing methodology and process
6.Excellent communication and organizational skills
7.Professional experiences in team leading
8.Passion for our customers and a commitment to high quality
9.Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese.
