Responisibities:

1. Understand and accept company culture and rules of Management and Operation for all function related to Internal Sales operations.
2. Be responsible both for regional and industry team daily operation including but not limited to reporting, marketing support, administration etc issues
3. Complete the on request assigment job both for region & industry team including but not limited sales, administraction, marketing,service, Finiance, IT, etc
4. Organize marketing van plan for region & industry team and coordinate with marketing for the analysis
5. Assist sales to submit application in system if needed.
6. Assist manager to complete weekly/monthly/quarterly report or other related report for region & industry team.
7. Be responsible for statistic, collection, analysis of salesman/customer sales turnover.
8. Assist manager to manage CRM quality and train up new staff for CRM
9. Assist manager to prepare and manage daily meeting and customer seminar.
10. Assist HR & admin department for daily administration including but not limited to vendor contract renew, regional office daily administration and HR issue.

Job requirement:

1. College or above education background with major in Computer, Marketing, English, etc.
2. 2 years experiences of customer service/sales admin/sales assisting
3. Fluency in English reading and writing, Good command in Excel, Word, Windows and Power Point.
4. Customer service skill. Coordination skill. Data Analysis skill.
5. Customer Oriented, Respect and Trust, Adaptability, Team work, Initiative and Engagement, Analytical and Judgement, Communication Skill.
