Job Responsibilities：
1.组织收集并分析生产数据及设备运行情况数据，并根据该数据找到并消除设备主要问题，降低停机时间。
2.对设备运行状况进行评估，发现潜在设备运行风险，及时利用计划停机保养时间进行整改。
3.对设备进行深入分析，持续改进原有的设计缺陷，提高设备运行效率。
4.积极推进TPM的不断改进，运用有效科学的工具提高解决问题的方法。
5.备件计划和管理，并在保证设备稳定性的前提下积极推动备件国产化，降低维修成本。
6.对工程师、技术员及新进员工进行技术培训，与其他同事分享经验，提高团队的整体技术水平。
7.组织并实施新进设备的安装调试工作。
8.积极参与与其他部门同事的有效沟通，配合客户达成目标。
9.与国外母工厂及兄弟工厂及时沟通协作，互通经验相互支持。

1.Collect and analyze the production data and equipment status data, find out and elimate main problem,and decrease downtime accordingly.
2.Estimate equipment situation, identify potential equipment risk, utilize plan downtime to eliminate the risk in time.
3.Understand / Analyze the equipement deeply, correct the existed defect, improve equipment availability.
4.Continue to develop and improve TPM. Utilize tools to improve the problem solving effectively.
5.Spare part planning and management. Push to localize equipment spare parts actively, decrease maintenance cost.
6.Training our engineer / technician & new employee, share experience with the other colleague, improve technical level of the whole team.
7.Orgnize & execute new equipment assembly.
8.Good communication with the other department, support our customer reach the target.
9.Communicate with the other Bosch oversea factory, support each others

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree above
2.3 years experence for production equipment maintenance.
3.Goode electrical and mechanical background.
4.Be familiar with PLC programming (IEC-61131) Robot, barcode scanner, camera vision system, laser marker, etc.
5.Experienced in LAN and server management
