工作内容：
1、负责工程项目的所有图纸的接收、清点、登记、发放、归档、管理工作，能制作项目所需的各类图纸。
2、收集整理施工过程中所有技术变更、洽商记录、会议纪要等资料并归档
3、负责各类项目所需资料的填写、会签、整理、报送、归档
4、监督检查施工单位施工资料的编制、管理，做到完整、及时，与工程进度同步
5、按时完成向公司行政人事部做各类档案的移交。
6、指导施工人员现场实施。
7、负责对施工部位、产值完成情况的汇总、申报，按月编制施工统计报表
8、负责与项目有关的各类合同的档案管理
9、了解工程进度、随时关注工程进展情况，提供确实、可靠的工程信息
10、协助项目经理做好对外、对内的协调、接待工作；
11、汇总各种内业资料，及时准确统计，登记台帐，报表按要求上报
12、负责工程项目的后勤保障工作：负责做好文件收发、归档工作。负责部门成员日常行政管理、经费报销等工作。
13、完成项目经理交办的其他任务。



任职要求：
大学专科或以上学历，智能建筑/计算机/网络/通信/电子等相关专业。
两年以上同类岗位工作经验，能熟练使用CAD制图。
