职位描述:

ASSIGNMENT

• Hardware and software purchase & maintenance

1. Ensure all IT purchases follow the IKEA standard, and guidelines
2. Ensure the control of hardware and software costs
3. Maintenance of hardware checklist

• Daily support

1. To secure IKEA computer system
2. Maintenance of IT accessories, such as printer, video conference and etc
3. Maintenance of IT local solutions

• Infrastructure Maintenance

1. To secure IKEA computer room
2. To secure IKEA network
3. Optimize IKEA infrastructure

• IT communication

1. Ensure the Build-up of knowledge tools
2. Give appropriate education to all co-workers where necessary
3. Manage Interactive IT related communication with business unit

• IT project

1. Provide basic support of IT project
2. Have competence to provide local solutions under the business goal

COMPETENCE:

• Previous experience in a IT role with proven analytical and numerical skills
• General understanding of all application used within IKEA store, their interactivity and whom the responsible matrix partners are for each
• Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English – verbal and written
• Able to form strong working relationships with all levels of management
• Have effective written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – especially excel

• 软硬件采购与维护

1. 保证所有 IT 采购均符合宜家标准和指南的规定
2. 控制软硬件的成本
3. 完成硬件清单中所列检查事项

• 日常支持

1. 保证宜家电脑系统运行正常
2. 维护 IT 配件，如打印机、视频会议设施等
3. 维护本地 IT 解决方案 基础设施维护
4. 保证宜家计算机房运作正常
5. 保证宜家网络运行正常
6. 优化宜家基础设施

• IT 交流

1. 积累知识工具
2. 必要时向全体员工普及相关知识
3. 与业务部门进行 IT 问题的沟通

• IT 项目

1. 为 IT 项目提供基础支持
2. 能提供符合业务目标的本地解决方案

任职要求：

• 有IT工作经历，具备良好的分析和计算能力
• 基本了解宜家商场内的应用程序，并清楚各程序相应的职能汇报对象
• 能自信而清晰地用英语进行口头和书面交流
• 精通Microsoft Office软件，尤其是excel软件
• 能与各级管理人员建立紧密的工作关系
• 书面与口头交流能力良好
