地产猎头岗位：薪酬30-40万
岗位职责：
1、统筹项目工程成本的管理与控制工作；
2、 负责土建、装修工程投资成本的管理与控制；
3、 统筹项目工程预算编制，负责土建、装修工程预算审核；
4、 负责项目开发工程概、预、结算的编制或审核工作；
5、 统筹项目工程资金预算管理与审核；
6、 负责区域项目工程成本动态管理与成本管理工作的阶段性检查、指导；
7、 检查监督工程与采购合同执行情况及合同的统计工作。
岗位要求：
1、工民建、工程造价等相关专业，本科及以上学历；
2、8年以上开发项目成本管理经验，其中需包含3年及以上房地产公司工作经验；
3、熟悉工程造价、招投标相关法律法规，熟悉房地产项目开发流程及各阶段的成本组成和基本指标；
4、有较好的组织协调能力和沟通谈判技巧，良好的职业素养，原则性强。
