岗位职责：
1、负责投资项目可行性分析论证，包括投资项目的行业分析、市场分析、政策环境分析、财务效益分析等；
2、负责公司投资项目的评估、选择、估价、谈判，协助融资方案的设计、实施和监控；
3、对住宅项目相关产品投资战略、投资过程以及实施过程和效果进行监督、评价并提出改进建议；
4、指导获取政策信息、土地信息及信息库的建立，包括宏观经济研究和提交战略分析报告，
5、组织对市场、环境、投资等进行研究，建立相关数据资源信息库等；
6、组织效益初步测算及分析评估：包括投资总成本核算，经济效益分析，投资风险分析及预测、控制等；
7、投资项目推进实施工作：投资项目商务谈判、商务模式设计、投资合作协议和其他法律文件起草，项目立项报批、项目投融资配合。

任职资格：
1、金融经济投资财务类、房地产及建筑工程类相关专业本科或以上学历；
2、七年以上投资工作经验，三年以上大中型房地产开发企业投资总监岗位经验；
3、熟悉成都地区房地产市场，有成功拿地经验；
4、熟悉房地产开发流程及环节，熟悉房地产交易相关法律法规；
5、熟悉高端住宅运作和盈利模式，熟练掌握财务、投资测算、土地或项目评估等经济知识和运作技能；
6、职业操守良好，具备较强的分析判断能力，有较强的组织协调能力、人际沟通和商务谈判能力。
