岗位职责：
1． 负责项目市场产品分析、项目产品策划思路撰写、项目产品发展具体建议撰写、策划相关方案图纸绘制及规划设计跟踪
2． 理解建筑与居住之间的互动关系，对不同地块的产品属性进行分析；
3． 理解市场态势及客户心态，对产品进行前期定位，协助决策，并形成文字汇报；
4． 整合合作方资源，完成产品策划案、广告等的推进；
5． 负责产品策划方案的沟通、汇报、执行，以及与开发商及设计院的技术对接；
6． 负责部门内部人员专业知识的培训。

任职资格：
1． 房地产相关专业本科学历以上，从事房地产策划5年以上；
2． 有地产策划顾问工作经历或熟悉房地产策划全过程；
3． 精通产品设计技术环节，熟悉房地产产品类型及最新市场需求动态，熟悉相关规划设计规范；
4． 有规划建筑设计院工作经历或具有与设计院对接工作经验。
5． 熟练使用autoCAD/photoshop等工程制图软件和ppt/word/excel等办公软件。
6． 有带领团队工作经验、有责任心、热爱本职工作，有较好的从业经历和企业忠诚度
