岗位职责：
1、全面负责公司财务管理工作，如项目财务核算、清算管理，项目资金运营管理、融资管理、项目税务筹划等。
2、负责部门建设与人才培养；
3、负责中心日常事务管理及上级安排的其他事务。


任职资格的具体描述：
1、大学本科及以上财务相关专业毕业；
2、7年以上房地产行业财务管理工作经验，三年以上地产公司财务总监工作经历；
3、具有优秀的职业素养和管理能力，执行力强，为人随和。
