入职要求：

1. 3-5年PMC工作经验；
2. 熟练操作Office并会用Excel公式，熟练使用ERP系统优先考虑；
3. 英语四级以上，具备良好的英文听说读写能力；
4. 具有较强的沟通能力和团队合作精神；
5. 工作认真、负责、能吃苦；
6. 有外资企业和熟悉电子产品的优先考虑。

工作职责：

1. 制定生产和物料计划；
2. 跟进生产状态，对生产异常及时处理和上报；
3. 产能分析，并根据产能对生产计划进行调整；
4. 订单评审，负责订单交期和跟踪出货；
5. 参加新产品会议（主要负责新物料计划、跟踪BOM完成、生产计划）；
6. 跟催物料进度和控制物料，对呆滞料进行分析。
