The main missions of the role are:
1, Apply company quality policy and develop, implement and maintain effective quality assurance system according to TS16949 requirements on DCC , inspection control, calibration, Lab management, audit, customer service, staff training, management review, continuous improvement and supplier quality management etc.;
2, Manage effectively of whole quality department including Staff recruitment, Training, Work allocations and assignment for all the quality functions to ensure the best results.
3, Monitor, measure and continually improve vendor’s quality and delivery performance working efficiently with the Purchasing and Logistics functions;
4, Collect and analyze the data of nonconformities, customer complaints and failures in processes; Organize quality meetings to review QOS and cooperate with production department to conduct continuous improvement;
5, Monitor manufacturing system and take fast corrective action when necessary to minimize defects and potential failures;
6, Organize the internal audit and external audit; Follow up the corrective and preventive actions to ensure the effectiveness of the system.
7, Handling customer complaints and coordinating internally among departments to take preventive actions and quickly response to customers' concerns.
8, Manage the preparation and update of document such as procedures, work instructions, Quality Control Plans, Checklists etc.
9, Conduct quality test or measurement machine, tooling and fixture sourcing, quotation and purchasing with the help from the buyer;
10, Support by Planning , maintaining and preparing data for the businesses Operational goals including Quality objectives, budgets, Management Review and Business Improvement Initiatives
11, Participate in the verification and validation of new project by arranging measurement and test assistance during sampling stage and communicate with customers;

Basic requirement:
1, University graduate, At least 5 years experiences in related area;
2, Self-motivation and performance oriented;
3, Knowledgeable of different QC tools and methodologies;
4, Good communication skill;
5, Good command of computer;
6, Fluent in English & Chinese both in writing and oral.

Special knowledge and skill:
1, Exposures on problem solving techniques;
2, Strong analytical skills and familiar of data analysis;
3, Good understanding of ISO/TS16949/ ISO14001;
4, Have the knowledge and application experience of PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, PFMEA etc.
