一、岗位职责：
1、负责根据装修设计方案及效果图、机电设计方案及设备选型等资料编制工程量清单及报价说明；
2、根据设备和材料的询价及分包报价填写成本价，汇总编制总成本，编制报价说明；
3、负责澄清报价，参与项目讲标，负责Q&A部分的回复；
4、根据深化后的图纸调整内控清单，及时更新报价；
5、根据客户变更需求、机电工程师、设计师提供的变更图纸编制变更报价单；
6、与客户、分包做项目结算，进行成本分析。

二、任职资格：
1、要求具有丰富的装饰预算（精装修以及二次改造装修）及招投标合同谈判工作经验；
2、具有一定的现场施工和管理经验，具有较强的内部监控能力和沟通协调能力；
3、熟练使用电脑及预算软件；
4、熟练编制及核定装饰工程、预、决算，具有工程成本分析能力；
5、熟练新定额，熟悉港式清单；
6、较好的英语听说读写能力。
