Responsibilities
To consistently achieve monthly and annual personal sales targets with the endeavor to aim higher and exceed the set targets.
To manage a portfolio of VIP customers and continue to grow the network in order to increase customers’ loyalty and generate sales
To proactively recruit new walk-in customers and cultivate the customers to become regular customers through effective clienteling
To be well prepared for styling appointments with appropriate selections of clothing for the customer
To build client database that can be used for clienteling purposes
To fully understand and be able to communicate our connected commerce business model for a seamless customer experience
To proactively and consistently acquire in-depth knowledge of the latest international designer fashion and lifestyle trends
To understand and make fully use of company systems and tool for effective clienteling
Requirements
Minimum 2-4 years of relevant sales experience
Sound knowledge of fashion, including history, brands, and the latest trends
Excellent customer service skills, especially with luxury customers
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of English and Mandarin
