要求：一、任职资格：
1、富有创意及执行力，有责任感、表达能力强。对项目方案设计和构思有很好的创意和表达力。

2、有较强的视觉搭配能力，艺术鉴赏力，平面构成，立体构成感较好。了解国内外建筑行业新技术。能熟练操作SketchUp、天正建筑、Photoshop等专业设计软件，具备手绘表述能力。
3、有较强的建筑造型设计能力、三维空间感知能力和建筑图识图能力；
4、学习能力强、热爱设计工作、有创新精神；
5、善于沟通，表达能力强；
6、责任心强、时间观念强、有良好的组织管理协调能力及团队合作精神。
二、专业背景要求：
建筑学或建筑设计、建筑规划、环境艺术、城市规划专业本科毕业生优先；
三、岗位职责
1、 参加方案设计、初步设计、施工图设计审核；制定项目设计计划及设计任务书；
2、 参加市场调研，编制本系统相关技术经济方案；
3、 负责对项目进行跟踪和监督；
4、 设计师应协助材料部对装修项目材料进行确认工作；
5、 负责案例，技术及资源的整理；
6、 配合项目负责人制定工作进度。 。
