Responsibilities:

1. To use soldering technics to solder NPI cables and PCBAs.

2. To optimize soldering process to improve capacity.

3. To troubleshoot soldering failures and take corrective actions.

4. To train operator soldering skills if required.

5. To assist NPI group to complete tasks if required.

Qualifications:

1. IPC 610D certified is preferred.

2. Be familiar with Leadfree solder properties.

3. Have over 3 years hand soldering experience in electronics manufacturing environment.

职责：

1. 使用正确的方法焊接线材,线路板等产品。

2. 优化手工焊工艺以提高产能。

3. 分析解决产品中手工焊出现的不良并提出对策。

4. 培训产线操作员的焊接技能。

5. 配合新产品部门完成项目。

要求：

1. 有IPC 610D认证优先

2. 熟悉无铅焊的工艺要求和材料特点。

3. 具有3年以上电子生产企业现场手工焊经验。
