Introduction:
For our R&D Department in CHENGDU, we are looking for a PCB design engineer.
What are my responsibilities?
- Layout complex board ( e.g. high density control board , high speed, power board ).
- Estimate complex work page effort.
- Feasibility estimation for complex- board layout.
- Technical support ( tools issue solving, coach ).
- SEWC Company identity and comply with company regulations and process and policy ( Quality policy and Environment Occupational Health and safety policy etc).
- Adherence to internal regulations ( 5S, EMS ) and working laws ( operational safety, working hours, information security).
- Quality control by checking PCB layout design output ( e.g. Update checklist ).
- Active participation in the assigned other project ( 3i , lean@AS etc) according to SEWC RD strategy required..
- Independent execution of the PCB design tasks assigned by Project manager/line manager to implement the one Sub-PLM process: PCB layout design thereby ensuring the Quality output to customer.
- Report status of tasks and problems to project manager / line manager.
- Teamwork with colleagues in the project.
- Project Internal and External Layout Service.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Working experience (more than 3 years) in the layout design field is preferred.
- Familiar with PLM process --Create Layout activity and PCB Technology -- PCB manufacturing process.
- Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001.
- Familiar with Electric components technology, Electrical circuit, EMC Test and Siemens Design Standards – SPH.
- Familiar with DFM Guideline and DFT Guideline.
- Good commend of Design tools -- CR5000 BD, CR5000 lighting, CR5000 SD and View Tool -- BD-Viewer, CAM350.
- Gook commend of PCB layout design -- Standard control board, Power board, High speed board.
- Equipped with Problem analysis skill for CR5000 BD , Layout complex board skill, EMC ( PCB level), PCB technology.
- Be subproject manager more than 2 projects.
- Coach and knowledge share within team.
- Cooperation external task with German colleagues.
- Concurrent Development with German Colleagues.
- Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese.
