Job Description:
Responsible to reach the Continental automotive quality targets:
-Manage new project development process, e.g. SCR review, manage APQP activities with suppliers;
-Review on-site suppliers for process and products, e.g. R@R check on-site;
-Execute the consequent supplier management activities to track any quality deviations (zero tolerance for defects);
-Drive root cause analysis and enforce the definition and implementation of appropriate countermeasures at the supplier to ensure that the parts and services meet the defined quality requirements;
-Use and support the data system to collect and evaluate supplier quality related key performance indicators (KPI's) and issue periodical quality performance reports and ensure that appropriate improvement actions are initiated;
-Continuous tracking of the target setting and plan fulfillment (monitoring, analysis control) in the context of Supplier Quality Management System;

Responsible for Supplier Quality Management Processes and Methods
-Support the continuous improvement process of all supplier quality related processes, guidelines and tools by internal audits, on site assessments, benchmarking and best practice sharing programs;
-Supports other functions to fulfill their tasks and targets
-Plan and conduct supplier evaluations and assessments to support the cross-functional supplier selection team with the required quality data;
-Contribution at sourcing decisions to ensure that the supplier will be selected under consideration of the total cost of ownership approach;
-Provide technical expertise to the buyer for negotiation with the supplier;
-Support the identification and evaluation of technological trends in collaboration with Advanced Quality to maintain the competitiveness of our products;

Job Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Min. 5 years in casting related industry;
-Automotive experience preferred, VDA 6.3 audit experience preferred;
-Solid experience on TS16949 quality system, hands-on experience on APQP/PPAP processes;
-In focus of process: casting processes including high pressure die casting, machining, cleaning, testing, process quality control, etc;
-Presentation skill and communication in English is required;Experience in Automotive preferred;leadership experience;
-preferred;capability to operate in different cultures; work independently; work under pressure.
