Duties (must fill):
1. Achieve annual store number target and IRR budget of company
2. Propose profitable and strategic new store locations in Northern & Western region and present to management for consideration .
3. Weekly update site finding and market information for potential sites action plan
4. Make sensible sales forecast for potential site base on city planning , retail and real estate market conditions, demography, consumer’s spending behavior, transportation links and competition.
5. Keep track record of major competitors development plan and feedback to senior management with details
6. Follow company guidelines in site selection and lease negotiate
7. Negotiate the best possible terms of the stores when leases are subject to renewal
8. Collect all documents for new store feasibility report and prepare an IRR pack
9. Finalize tenancy agreement and provide all property documents from landlord for legal department’s approval, arrange it to be signed afterwards.
10.Well co-ordination with landlord and internal departments to make sure the store ready for opening
and meet opening deadline
11. Keep good working relationship with developer/landlord
12. Set up land bank database for future store development

Other Requirements (must fill):
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2.At least 8 years top retail chain store expansion experience in Northern & Western China
3. Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skill.
4. Self-initiated, aggressive mind and able to work under pressure.
5. Good command of Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
6. Fluency in English and Chinese
7. Willing to travel
