Introduction:
For our Quality Assurance Department in CHENGDU, we are looking for a Customer Service Engineer.
What are my responsibilities?
- Leading and Planning for Field return & Special investigation processes & procedures establish and provide training according to Lead factory.
- Coordinate with all related department to complete each Field return & Special investigation cases within due date.
- Customer returns receiving and warranty check.
- Internal repair order handling, tracking, issue DN.
- Warranty rejects and scraps handling with ESP, BU, CS (including the goodwill).
- Update service status to CS via information tools as regular platform.
- Repaired products (spare parts) stock management (include on-site and system) .
- Interface to customer.
- Field return & Special investigation Order handling with I CS.
- Make ESP assessment together with CS/BU and organize service training to ESP.
- Coordinate to workout warranty guideline and release final warranty decision to ESP.
- Review and update service agreements from factory regularly.
- Generation of Field return reports to report the internal quality performance.
- Generation of Special investigation reports to customer (SEWC-->SLC CS--> Customer).
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Being a cross function's project leader for more than 10 peoples over 5 years.
- Familiar with Automation systems is preferred.
- Equipped with Project management skill, Customer services handling and communication skill.
- Majoring in engineering/automation is preferred.
- Experience in project management is preferred.
- Experience with automation systems esp. programmable logic controls and IPC related is preferred.
- Internship working experience in multination company is preferred.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
