GENERAL SUMMARY:

Seek a senior Software Engineer who has JAVA experience.




ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Software Design and Development - 30%
2. Be responsible for development of large-scale applications, related systems and tools, including analysis, design, implementation, unit testing and documentation
- Interact successfully with business owners, project managers and other technical teams
- Contribute to company's engineering standards and best practices


3. Ongoing Maintenance–70%
- Participate in application tuning
- Provide production support
- Be able to identify, fix and follow through deployment of critical issues

Position Requirements

1) Competencies: Skills, knowledge, & abilities

Functional Competencies:
- Expertise and experience in OO design and programming with Java.
- Expertise and experience in BS/CS application development with J2EE
- Expertise and experience in SSH,SWT(RCP) ,MyBatis development with J2EE
- Familiarity with NginX, CruiseControlm, Apache, Ubuntu, Open Fire will be prefer
- Familiarity with Javascript, Jquery , HTML/CSS, Flex&ActionScript and Graphic design will be plus
- Experience with at least one source control system; experience with SVN preferred
- Experience with MySQL
- Familiarity with MS Business Intelligence will be plus

Interpersonal Competencies:
- Good communication and English skills
- Work well in a team environment or individually, with a positive attitude
- Interact well with technical teams, business owners and project managers

2) Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Software development including analysis, design, implementation, testing and support
- 2+ years of industrial experience in Java/C/Web programing.

3) Minimum educational level:
- MS/BS in Computer Science or equivalent
