Responsibilities:

·Participate in design development and review and provide input to the equipment mechanical design.

·Responsible for incorporating new technology to the process lines to improve overall equipment efficiencies. ·Responsible for supporting the retrofit of existing equipment to meet the latest design standards.

·Responsible for maintaining a database of all mechanical systems.

·Responsible for developing and maintaining a set of standards for all manufacturing control systems.

·Responsible for overseeing and inspecting the installation of process equipment mechanical systems and ensuring the installation meets the design as well as the installation quality being maintained at a high level.

·Support the Equipment Engineering Manager in identifying and reviewing equipment specifications prior to purchase.

·Train operators and others on equipment as required.

·Review engineering and construction drawings, participate in study technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems, and equipment layouts to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and requirements.

· Review facility infrastructure mechanical system design to ensure it meets the needs of the process equipment mechanical requirements.

Requirements:

· Must be proficient with AutoCAD and inventor

· Equipment Maintenance Experienced and knowledge

· Die and tooling design experience preferred

· Bilingual Chinese/English preferred

· 5 years of experience
