This requisition is for a software engineer to design and develop embedded/real?time software for Communication and Navigation Avionics Products.

这是为通信和导航航空电子产品设计和开发嵌入式/实时软件的软件工程师岗位要求。

Fundamental software development and verification activities are as follows:

- Perform software requirements, design, code, test, integration and documentation

- Review software verification test procedures to ensure software requirements testing is complete and robust

- Ensure the project's defined software process for development, verification and configuration management is followed and that they comply with the recommendations of RTCA DO?178B/C

- C and C++ Languages and Object Oriented Development experience a plus

基础的软件开发和验证活动说明如下：

- 开展软件需求、设计、编码、测试、集成和文件便写工作

- 审核软件验证测试规程，确保软件需求测试完备并且稳健

- 确保项目按照确定的软件开发、验证和配置管理流程开展工作，并且符合RTCA DO-178B/C的推荐

- C和C++语言，最好有面向对象的开发经验

1, Contribute to software engineering requirements capture and analysis in area of domain expertise, including display and operation requirement, high level SW and low level SW requirement. Perform the requirement management, e.g. traceability and linkage etc.

在产品领域参与软件工程的需求捕获和分析，包括显示和操作需求、顶层软件和底层软件需求，开展需求管理，也就是可追纵性和需求链接等。

2,Design, code, test, integrate and document software of moderate to high complexity, Prepare software builds for execution on targeted hardware. Apply and tailor internal processes, using knowledge of methods and tools for software development and documentation efforts. Assure that development products are designed to meet the applicable requirements.

对中等到高复杂软件开展设计、编码、测试、集成和编写文档工作，为在目标硬件运行程序进行编译。使用软件开发和文档的方法和工具，采用并且裁剪内部流程。确保开发的产品设计满足相应的需求。

3，Develop embedded software and RTOS application software according to requirements. Perform software development or verification efforts for low to moderate complexity software. Follow requirement, design and coding standard, ensure good coding style. Perform the configuration management and change control process.

按照需求开发嵌入式软件和实时操作系统应用程序。针对低复杂度到中等复杂度的软件开展软件开发或者验证工作。遵照需求、设计和编码标准，确保良好的编码风格。开展配置管理和变更控制流程。

4，Participate in cross-functional team efforts in definition, integration, verification and validation for products and sub-systems of moderate to high complexity. Perform debugging and integration of software components above and below currently developed software.

参与交叉功能团队工作，包括中等到高复杂度的产品和子系统定义、集成、验证和确认。在高于或者低于目前开发软件的层面上，开展调试和软件组件的集成。

5，Review software defects trends, identify systemic root causes and process improvements and recommend new approaches, tools, techniques that drive continuous improvements in software development processes.

审查软件缺陷的趋势，确定系统性的根本原因并且处理改进措施，推荐信的方法、工具、技术来推动在软件开发流程中的持续改进。

6，Capable of proactively identifying and communicating technical software issues and help resolve these issues. Ensure these issues are elevated to project leadership for resolution.

能够主动识别和交流软件技术问题，并且帮助解决这些问题。确保这些问题提升到项目领导层面解决。

? Bachelor's Degree in applicable engineering or science field, and two years of related experience.

相关工科或者理科专业，本科及以上学历，2年以上工作经验
