职位描述

  1. 1. Throughout the developmental life-cycle mentor team to assure they understand and follow project plans and appropriate processes.
  2. 2. Plans and administers procedures and budgets for assigned areas and controls expenditures for capital and labor. Develops and executes schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas.
  3. 3. Will be responsible for hosting and facilitating customer visits relating to quality audits and/or visits.
  4. 4. Responsible for implementing and usage of advanced quality techniques to raise the level of quality performance.
  5. 5. Responsible for the development and implementation of a specific strategic quality plan to improve customer satisfaction.
  6. 6. Acts as a quality liaison to respective external customer groups.
  7. 7. Develops, implements, and maintains technical quality assurance systems and activities.
  8. 8. Implements standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision, accuracy, and reliability of company products.
  9. 9. Participates in the reviewing of engineering designs to contribute quality assurance requirements and considerations.
  10. 10. Assists product support areas in gathering and analyzing data.
  11. 11. Modifies, applies and maintains quality standards and protocol for processing materials into partially finished or finished materials product.
  12. 12. Develops and implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluation the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment.
  13. 13. Envisions intended outcomes and works with others to systematically outline the resources and actions that will be required to produce the desired results.
  14. 14. Anticipates obstacles to intended strategies and develops contingency plans for use in the event a plan becomes unworkable.
  15. 15. Team Building - Encourages teamwork by making people aware of the value of each person's unique background and contribution to the team. Reminds employees of their shared destiny and the value of combined efforts

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:


· Bachelor Degree and up.

· A strong customer focus

· An ability to understand regulations and build a strong relationship with appropriate regulatory bodies

· A proven track record of meeting commitments

· A strong working knowledge of design and manufacturing processes

· An understanding of lean and six sigma principles

· An ability to communicate masterfully (Chinese and English) both verbally and in writing

· An ability to establish a rapport with all levels of the organization

· An ability to lead others to understand and embrace the need for change

· Prior quality leadership (in engineering and manufacturing), knowledge of quality assurance principles, are desirable.
