工作内容：

1. 管理和维护公司现有客户资源；

2. 独立完成高端客户开发、跟进，寻找潜在目标客户并整合资源，协同完成销售目标；

3. 搭建渠道销售平台，拟定详细的渠道销售实施方案并组织执行和有效管理渠道；

4. 按期提交各类报表并及时汇报工作；

5. 为客户提供相应支持与服务；

6. 从销售和客户需求的角度，对产品的研发提供建议。

任职要求：

1. 有房地产、五星酒店销售经验者优先，对房地产行业有一定了解并非常热爱

2. 能独立拓展渠道、调研分析市场与客群，具有极强的目标达成意愿

3. 思维活跃，知识面宽，善与人沟通

4. 良好的合作、服务意识，性格外向，善交际应酬，能承受较大的工作压力

5. 职业习惯和形象良好
