The Client:

Our client is the market leading service firm that specializes in the real estate sector. They are renowned across China and the world for a high level of excellence in service delivery and professionalism. Due to growth in the Asia pacific region, they now require an experienced project manager to join their team in China .

The role

Prepare and review Contracts Terms and Conditions of Contract documents

Responsible for cost calculation and tender presentation

Provide full range of pre and post contract for new build construction works

Prepare cost estimation, budget forecast, tenders, contracts administration and sub-letting

Evaluate and prepare variation orders, interim payments, payment claims and final accounts

Attending site inspections and the clients' properties as requested

Performing various quantity surveying duties designated

Responsible for procurement

The Person

Above 7 years related contract and procurement experience

Good command of both spoken and written Mandarin and English

Degree holder above in civil, arch, QS or related major
