职位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，机械电子相关专业；
2. 五年以上生产主管工作经验，熟悉电子厂生产流程；
3. 能制定有效的生产管理制度及激励措施，保证生产高效运作；
4. 具备基本的英文读写及听说能力，CET4及以上；
5. 可适应灵活的工作班次，如周末倒班或夜班。

工作职责：
1. 生产排单，生产负荷评估，生产计划审核，生产数据统计分析，出货交期回复，人员调配，库存利用，生产异常处理，主持生产会议，5S推动；
2. 规划和制定产品质量管理机制，确保达成产品质量、数量、cycle time和OTD等目标；
3. 推动工艺路线的执行和工艺方法的改进，落实成本控制措施，提高生产效率；
4. 评估生产人力需求，对员工进行设备维护、安全生产、操作技能和质量意识的培训，建立高效团队。
