Requirments
1. Proficient in quality tools:
Statistical analysis (i.e plato, SPC), root cause analysis (i.e. 5why, fishbone), 8D etc, PPAP,
FMEA, CP is preferred ..
2. Familiar with supplier Management skills:
Supplier identification, selection, development, audit, improvement
Commodity mfg process knowledge
Engineering documentation interpretation, CTQ’s
Supplier relationship management
Part qualification (PPAP or equivalent)
Process improvement
Quality systems (ISO/Medical/TS*/AS), at least qualify ISO9001, and basic ISO13485 knowledge.
Supplier rating and feedback experience
Dock-to-stock and supplier certification program experience
Cost reduction and sourcing abilities
3. Minimum 4 years of quality at the source experience (IQC or QA only counts partially). 5-10
years pre-ferred. (it is preferred with SQE working experience in Guangdong manufacturer.)
4. Excellent command of MS Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook. Statistical packages like Minitab
and general understanding of MRP systems preferred, but not required.
5. Good oral and written communication skills in manda-rin and English.
6. Management/communication skill with internal and external, Good logical thinking ability, A
good employee relations, Active working attitude(must)

Job Scope　　　　　　 　　　　
1. Improve supplier quality performance (as measured by DPPM) while avoiding cost increases.
2. Lead, co-lead SQE team on supplier audits and final recommendations, part qualification and approval, quality issue resolution and prevention, support dock-to-stock / cost reduction and other Sourcing programs, drive supplier rating / feedback, etc…)
3. Continuity of supply / delivery performance as measured by OTD, make sure good quality.
4. Supplier base reduction and/or development through performance.
5. follow FASS procedure, lead disposal of CMRB nonconforming, function cross cooperation with Engineering,Purchasing, Manufacturing,Quality department on 3rd supplier issue.
