1.Study, check and analyze the impacts of new laws on the Bank’s business operations

2.Provide proactive and valuable legal advice

3.Monitor and coordinate external counsels on legal matters with optimal cost and to be in line with the Legal Department HQ’s directions

4.Coordinate the law firm selection and approval

5.Coordinate with Legal Department HQ at the frequencies and in connection with the matters to be set by Legal Department HQ, and give support to Legal Department HQ on the information on the Chinese laws and regulations

6.Prepare or review legal documents or agreements for daily operation and litigation proceedings

7.Represent the Bank to attend meetings with external parties in relation to legal matters

8.Handle court order to inquiry, freeze and transfer customer accounts

9.Internal and extenal legal reporting

10.Other assignment

Qualification:

Bachelor in law with China lawyer certificate

at lease 4 years' legal experience in banking

fluent English
