Principal Accountabilities / Goals:

"Project Planning / Quote Phase
- Support estimation for quote with proposal for test plan, timing and cost estimated aligned with PM and TPL
Prototype testing
- Prepare necessary equipment for Sample testing
- Prepare necessary SW for sample testing
- Reuse existing solutions for Prototype testing
Transfer of test system to Production
- Examine possibility of reuse for Sample Test Program in Manufacturing
Definition of Production Test Specification(PTS) / Improvement Measures
- Support of PTS in agreement with Project HW team and Plant Engineering"

Major Requirements / Expectations:

Education, Certification:

Bachelor in Engineering degree

Vocational Experience:

1-2 years of experience in production test in automotive industry.
2-3 years experience in HW or SW engineering
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Collaborating with international project teams and cross functional teams.
Good self management.
Good team player

Other Competencies: "
- Know How about automotive products: BCM, RKE, Immobilizer, PASE, TPMS
- Knowledge of production test process. Know how about AOI, ICT and EOL
- Ability to create production test specification(PTS)
- Ability to prepare test equipment and test sequence.
- Knowledge about MSA, DFMEA, PFMEA
- Knowledge of project development process
- Know how about CAN&LIN communication protocal
- Knowledge of test system and testing processes in manufacturing
- Knowledge of hardware schematic and software programming (C language and Lab Window CVI)
- Knowledge of Agilent TS5400, TestExecSL is preferred."
