工作职责:

·收到生产订单后，在标准分配时间内准备、设置和调整设备，准备进行生产

·拆除上一份订单产品的磨头和校正模

·若有必要，在技术员的协助下设置新的生产参数

·给质检部具体规格的产品，以使质检人员能够马上完成生产报告

·计划和组织所有包装材料，混合物，于此同时在生产文件上记录相关的日期

·填写监控单

·与技术员一起，把影响生产的模具退给模具室，并就此给出建设性的意见和建议

·完成常规的机器维修/设备分配

·按照维修部要求保持工作环境的整洁、健康与安全

·按要求完成其他的职责

职位要求:

·高中或技术中专毕业

·3-4年生产制造型企业的工作经验

·有挤出或注塑经验尤佳

·有车间班组管理的相关经验
