Job Description:
职责描述：
1. Financial reporting, financial analysis; making and tracking AOP and forecast; and to ensure the timing and quality;
财务报告，财务分析，AOP制定、跟踪及预测并确保及时、准确；
2. Coordinating with auditor for internal, external audit to pass;
内外审核协调；
3. Coordinating with other depts to reach the internal control objective and Standard cost system;
与各部门协调，以达到内部控制目标及符合标准成本系统；
4. Coordinating with other depts to meet AOP （cash flow), Capex management procedure and database setup;
同各部门合作以满足AOP，固定资产流程和数据库建立的需要；
5. Team building,training and directing people;
团队建设和培训；
6. Act as EHS Coordinator of FIN dept, support EHS works according to related requirements.
作为财务部的EHS协调员，根据相关要求支持公司的EHS工作开展。

Requirements:
任职要求：
1. Bachelor Degree or above, majored in finance/accounting or economy management related;
本科及以上学历，财会或经济管理类相关专业；
2. Above 5 years working experience in accounting or finance areas and more than 2 years as supervisor;
五年以上财务、会计工作经验，担任过两年以上财务主管工作；
3. CPA preferred;
CPA优先；
4. Familiar with MS2000, especially on Excel and PPT. It is a plus to have experience on SAP;
良好的电脑和计算机水平，熟悉SAP软件者优先考虑；
5. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit;
良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神；
6. Have a good command of English;
英语口语、书面沟通顺畅；
7. Capable to work under pressure
