1. During the individual program, you will complete four assignments each 6 month long in different IT functions, locations and cross-divisions dealing with present running projects and topics.
2. The first assignment will be in one of our IT departments within Germany, while the next ones will be cross-divisional and/or abroad. Your challenging project assignments allow you to assume responsibility immediately and enable you to prove your skills while solving problems, shaping innovations, and contributing to a change.
3. Your challenge: You will participate and contribute to real-life projects and get on-the-job training in different IT areas.
4. Your chance: You will be assigned to at least one project abroad.
5. Your support: After each assignment you will get an individual feedback from your sponsor. A functional manager will support you in technical areas and a HR partner will help you to develop your personality throughout the time.
6. Our add-on: The program is supplemented with tailor-made trainings in:
- Project management, task planning and reporting
- Service management, incident handling and change management
- Requirements analysis, demand management and customer alignment as well as communication
7. In addition you will be working on a project with focus on a relevant IT topic together with your trainee colleagues. The program is implemented by soft skills trainings and networking opportunities.

1. You have a Master degree in IT or Economics/Engineering/Natural Science with major in IT. The program is also available for Bachelor graduates with practical work experience in a multicultural environment in the relevant field of work.
2. You have international experience (study abroad or internship).
3. You have fluent English language skills and German language knowledge is welcome.
4. You feel comfortable in an international working environment and can offer a high degree of mobility and flexibility in travelling and working abroad.
5. You are open-minded, result-oriented, capable to solve complex tasks, a responsible team player with excellent communication skills.
