Job Description:

Realize responsible accounts sales target and account development projects in line with business objective.

Find out potential customer needs and sales approaches to increase market penetration at assigned medium-large accounts.

Draft action/activities proposal on sales and technical solution to customers based on understanding of identified existing or potential customer needs.

Manage key accounts development plan including product application, service package, buying behavior analysis, delivery demands to enhance business opportunities.

Buildup long-term and stable business relationship with customers to defend and develop sales

Collect and analyze industry/customer information for strategy decision by customer visit and visit/monthly report.

Provide product application feedback and suggestions to R&D for new product development.

Requirement:


1. Education background: Chemical engineering, or Leather-making engineering bachelor.

2. Above 5 years technical/ or sales experiences in leather industry (previous production experience in tanneries for shoe upper articles is a plus).

3. Proven successful sales development record.

4. Basic English communication and computer application skill.

5. Strong interpersonal communication skill.

6. Initiative/active attitude, diligent with high responsibility, team player.
