Responsibilities:
1. Create and conduct Basic training programs for external customers. Prepare curriculum, assemble teaching aids and handouts, and conduct class. Receive and evaluate comments from participants and customers for further improvement. Provide aftersales support on FARO products to customer specific business requirements, train and advise correct techniques to achieve the results expected to obtain from FARO Products.
2. Develop training guides and video clips to assist the customer to understand the measurement concepts and standard practice for good part inspection.
3. Communicate with customer representatives regarding any problems arising after installation and resolve any issues, utilizing other technical personnel as needed.
4. Use and test demo parts and new processes. To verify product performance and simulate customer reported issues. Escalate for product improvement.
5. Develop Basic Quick Check Tools – pre-programmed inspection routines for arms, Gage and tracker based upon customer requirements and engineering data.

Qualifications:
? Degree in an engineering discipline, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
? Demonstrated skills in 3D CAD as Solid works, ProE, etc. required.
? Possess at least three years working experience in applications engineering work.
? Knowledge of GD&T and/or metrology a plus.
? TOEIC Listening and Reading minimum score of 450 (225/225)
? Computer literate, good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
? Team player; possess good English language skills and ability to speak convincingly in front of a group of people.
