职位描述

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Analyze product specifications, part drawings and other engineering data to develop process flow chart, estimate work time for each step and prepare operation sheets

2. Follow established engineering principles to determine the sequence of steps or processes required to fabricate and assemble products that meet the organization’s standards of quality and cost

3. Analyze existing production processes to make welding and assembling working instructions and guides.

4. Make recommendations to improve working methods or operation sequences that will minimize risks, costs, and wastage; increase yields and productivity; improve quality and consistency of final products

5. Design and coordinate for fabrication of fixtures.

6. Other jobs assigned by the superior

Qualifications & Experience

1. Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering;

2. Minimum 3 years’ experience of fixture and process engineering in mechanical manufacturing industry;

Language: Good command of English & Mandarin both in written and oral.

Computer skills: Mastery of MS Office software; AutoCAD skill is a must.
