职位描述
1. Responsible for Account Payable function
2. Responsible for T&E expense claim process
3. Check NPR purchasing invoices and supporting documents and ensure compliances with company policies and posting all NPR invoices in SAP.
4. Verify and process invoices related to raw materials purchasing accurately and timely.
5. Physical audit employee T&E expense claim and process it in Concur.
6. Maintain proper filing and vouches documentation on time.
7 . Other tasks as assigned by superior.
1.College degree or above with accounting or finance major
2. At least 2 years financial working experiences in MNC manufacturing company.
3. Accountant qualification certificate is required.
4. Familiar with ERP systems, SAP experience will be preferred.
5. Good computer skills with basic MS Office applications required.
6. Ability to read and write basic English language.
7. Good communication skills
8. Self-motivated, Positive attitude, Patient and good team work spirit, Willing to learn
